Hey Everyone!!!!!!!!

Im really excited to do this! I think its awesome that this site exists. I have been a long time person of exercise but just cant seem to get this eating rite thing down! lol. I really love my flavored coffee but cant believe the amount of sugar in it! wow! any suggestions???? Good luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:flowerforyou:

    Welcome. This is an awesome site to get motivation and help. As far as flavored coffee goes, I limit mine and use it as a treat rather than every morning occurrence. I generally go for sugar free or fat free flavorings. Some say it's not good for you but I don't have enough of it to matter.

    I also don't always log all my fruits and non-starchy veggies. I didn't gain weight eating too much of those. The way I figure, 1/2 cup of ice cream may have less calories than the amount of berries I eat, but which is better for me?

    I recommitted myself to MFP at the beginning of 2013. The weight loss has been slow and steady....just like it should be!
