Like the other person said, just make small goals and they'll eventually turn into big successes. I hated making small goals at first, but after awhile only focusing on losing 10 lbs at a time kept me from being overwhelmed and from wanting to quit. Also try to exercise as much as possible and log your foods. Good luck!0
