Any success from Large Frame women under 5'2?

Hello, I'm just curious if there are any success stories from people who are 5'2 or shorter with a large frame?

I'm 5'0-5'1ish and have a large frame. I still have a long ways to go, but I'm curious to see the success of other people who have an almost similar body to my own.

Please post pictures if you have any! ^_^

I love looking at success stories; they are my inspiration!

Large frame? Don't know, as I've never seen. I was always obese. Now I'm 'just' overweight and on my way to normal for the first time ever.

I'm 5'1", 44 and at a lower weight than at 15. Have lost 18kg since May and have anther 13kg to go. I feel great and fit. ;-)

I was 277 when I started in February and I'm at 200 now, I'd say thats some success. :) Just gotta stay at it! I'm partial to weight lifting over cardio.

me. 5'1" large frame. Loads of success. been maintaining for more than a year now and also did a bulk.

sorry no pics. though I might have some soon as I recently got a new phone, one that actually talks to my laptop.

ETA: was maintaining at 130lb, then bulked to 140lb. will possibly do a cut soon, but my main focus is how much I can squat, bench and deadlift more than how much I weigh. Current body fat percentage estimates are around 23-25% depending on how it's measured.

First, you don't look like you have a large frame to me, at all. Reconsider that. I am your height and at my highest weight I was 188. I am now 130-133, wearing size 4-6. I am adding a link to my success story that I posted a while back!

Not sure what you mean by "large frame," but I'm just under 5 feet. At my heaviest, I was 190 pounds. I'm now 121 and I've never felt better. I've had A LOT of setbacks, but I'm finally at a healthy weight. The key for me has been mindset - this is a lifestyle change, not a "diet." My focus has mostly been on health rather than losing actual pounds. I don't have pictures (since I hated how I looked before, and to be honest I'm still not too happy with where I am right now), but my one major suggestion is to stick with it. If you fall off the wagon, just get back on it. You can do it!!!

    frame size =/= height

I'm 5'1" but my ribs and shoulders are larger than most women who are taller than me

frame size = width of shoulders, rib cage, pelvis, i.e. size of torso. Some people have big torsos and short limbs, the result is having a large frame while being short.

Well, I've measured my wrists, and my elbow breadth and according to a variety of different charts, they all say I am a large frame.

You say that you are still not exactly happy now; that makes me curious, do you think even after losing all the weight you want to, can it ever actually make you happy? (not just you, but like people in general) I've always been curious about that because I have friends who have lost a lot of weight and were at a perfect weight but were still convinced they needed to lose more.

No, but I stopped tying to weight to happiness a long time ago.

Hey, i'm 5.2 and pretty large framed ( i am the opposite of petite and small). I started out at 200 lbs and now sit at 160 lbs and to be honest the visual difference isn't huge or noticeable - no one ever comments or notices my weight loss and even I myself cant really notice it.
My clothes tell a whole other story though - the visual difference in clothing sizes is stunning!
How do I know i am large framed, you may ask? At my smallest i was 120 lbs and wearing size 8 jeans!
