Im trying to figure out how to calculate in pushing a double stroller with about 60 lbs of toddlers in it. I know Im burning more calories b/c I sweat more and it just feels like a bigger work out. How would I add this on to figure out caloric burn??

There's a tough one. I think the only way, as with all workouts, to truly know the answer is to wear a heart rate monitor. All I can say is to put in the speed you were traveling and then know that you went a little harder than that. I have also heard from a lot of people on here that MFP seems to over calculate exercises anyway, so it may be closer to your actual than you think.0

I was wondering the same thing! I mean 35lbs of stroller plus 40+ lbs of children... that 's gotta make a difference. My heart rate monitor isn't working though so I couldn't test it out. I've just been logging the speed and time straight up. I figure if I burn a little more than I estimated than good for me.0
