Is there a formula for calculating how many calories I eat after exercise? I am a cyclist averaging around 2100 calories burned per ride. But I do not know how much is needed to fuel my body after a ride.

I use the Polar FT7 heart rate monitor.0

That's enough calories to complete half a Tour de France stage. How far are you actually cycling, in miles/kilometres? At your weight, on a road bike, averaging 20mph, it should be about 60 miles to justify that calorie burn.
If that's the case, I'd be eating all of it back. That's a serious workout.0
