Sugar from Fruit?

I know sugar is sugar. But... I get most of it from fruit, It's hard to keep below my allotted amount. Is this a big issue?

    Unless you have been medically advised to stay away from sugar, I wouldn't say it's an issue. Hit your macro's for the day, don't worry too much about it, especially if you're avoiding refined sugars.

    The allotted amount on MFP is based on the recommended daily value for added sugars, so it tends to be low.
