Sugar from Fruit?

I know sugar is sugar. But... I get most of it from fruit, It's hard to keep below my allotted amount. Is this a big issue?

Unless you have been medically advised to stay away from sugar, I wouldn't say it's an issue. Hit your macro's for the day, don't worry too much about it, especially if you're avoiding refined sugars.0
