Hi everyone,

My name is Lisa, I am a married 6 years together 12, full time working mom of 3 children 2 of which are in an after school activity and I try to do something social once a week, either a photography outing with a friend or go on an exercise, coffee or some sort of mommy day Once a month I go to bowling with my friends which just started last month. And hubby and I try to do 1 or 2 family days every week out of the house.

I came to MFP because I needed a convenient way to track my food and fitness to basically be fit for life had a slow start but since I started working at my new job I have been exercising at least 6 days a week and most recently I am team leader a of an October Fitness Challenge named Fantastic 8 as a team we logged over 3100 minutes of fitness and my personal total was 709 minutes for week one. I am hoping my week 2 was either matching that or more :) since the challenge started I have been on here everyday to log my daily fitness and I feel very accomplished.

I didn't add people on here at first didn't even realize you could then I discovered there is a community as well, I think I didn't know because I mostly used the app and not PC. It would be cool if those features were available on the app as well because I don't use a PC much it seems my phone is much easier to just jump on there.

I love having others in my friends list, its great having support and excitement on my news feed and I love see others doing great with their goals and supporting them and having people with similar goals to share with.

My goal is to lose 11 more pounds or get to a size 10/11 pants or which ever comes first, I look too skinny if I weigh any less than that because of my height. Then I will maintain my weight and figure and tone tone tone!

Not sure what else to say, just wanted to introduce myself and say hi and I'm here if you need support and a fitness buddy.
