I'm on the world's slowest bulk right now (seriously) in the hopes to put on more muscle w/minimal fat gains.
So far I've gained a whooping 3 lbs in 2 months which I'm cool with as I've had no fat gains thus far.
BTW - 5'6" 130lb female eating 2800 kcal day. Macros 40C/30P/30F0 -
Winter bulk goal is 240 lbs or 240+lbs by Feb. 2014. I am 6'0 ish and started at 212-214 lbs, that was my maintenance weight for the summer(abs showing). I started winter bulking in August and now i'm currently 228 lbs. and climbing. Roughly gained 12-14 lbs in 2 and a half months.(down to 4 pack abs but diminishing) Should have some nice cutting results come summer time though.

Gonna shoot for 220, 193 atm and gaining at a steady rate.0

this will be me starting November.
Need to do more research on my splits- I'm 40P/40F/20C- and I'm slowly inching the carbs up this month in maintance to get ready for said bulk. I have physical numbers as far as my lifts I'm trying to hit- and I know that won't happen until I start with more food.
I want to hit higher lift numbers- but not get too high up to 170lbs- I'm trying to cut below 160 next summer- so I don't want to get to far away from that this winter. Plus Motorcycle gear is fricking expensive- can't be having 4 sets of gear- winter/summer bulk gear and winter/summer cut gear- that's rubbish.0 -

I would like to be 175ish pounds at around 12% body fat. Currently at around 170 and 18% so I am guessing it will take at least another year to get there.0

My goal is to be mentally strong enough to continue the "bulk" I've been attempting for the past two years. Lol. I start making gains in size, and have little panic attacks about the amount of fat that comes with it, so I "slow down" and end up right back where I started. I have increased and stuck with my bulk since May and have added only 4 pounds, but I have put a lot of mass on in all the right places. My shape has changed quite a bit in all my lagging areas. I am at that point, though where I'm not comfortable in my own skin and my 11 year old daughter even commented that I'm getting "fat". Deep breath....head up.....eat some PB. :-)0

Weight and body fat are pretty much where I want them at the moment. Working on adding a little more shoulder, upper back, neck and chest.
As for performance... I am working on a handstand, then handstand push-ups. Ultimately, I want to be able to go from an l-seat, into a handstand, into handstand push-ups seamlessly. I have other performance goals but that one is the one I want the most.0 -

I'm doing the same thing - I have #s I want to hit with my lifts. I'm not there yet but they have been creeping up in the last couple months since I upped the calories. I just have a heck of a time gaining size (muscle -good size!) & it's tough to try to eat somewhat decent and hit 2800 kcal. I could probably kick it to 3000 but would have a tough time hitting it & keeping my macros in check.
If I can get to where I want to be, I will probably cut in mid-Feb/March.
Anyway, cool to see another chick lifting AND bulking.0 -
The target is a small thermal exhaust port, right below the main port. The shaft leads directly to the reactor system.

Current ultimate goal is 175 lbs @ 8% bf. I am 5'8". With this bulk, I am shooting for low 170s. Tentative spring cut goal is around 160, which will hopefully put me at 10% bf. I may cut lower if I don't have a decent 6 pack at that weight. Then reasses to set my next bulk goals.0

300-325 is about where I look my best depending on the amount of muscle, so, thats where I'm shooting for.0

I want to be able to do deep one-handed push ups and perfect dive bomber pushups. I wouldn't mind being able to do more than two consecutive pull ups either.0

What kind of work outs are you doing to eat that much and gain so little?0 -
What kind of work outs are you doing to eat that much and gain so little?
I lift weights 5x a week & I'm very religious about it.- 3x Upper Body 2x Lower Body. My workouts typically last 60-75 minutes. I only do cardio once a week.0 -

Try the less is more avenue maybe. I had to drop from 6 days a week (when I first started and didn't know any better) to five days a week (still addicted and didn't want to lift any less) to 4 days a week (really getting serious about gains, so dropped cardio, too) to 3 days a week now. I am hating that I don't get to lift as much, but am finally seeing mass gains. I switched from splits to a 3 day, full body compound movement routine. I'm 5'7" 145 and eating a **** ton, too. :-)0 -

What compounds exactly...I haven't started any heavy lifting, just P90X stuff at the moment. I HAVE invested in a curl bar with weights, a few dumbells, a chin up bar and gravity straps.0 -

Actually this is kind of the less is more workout routine - LOL. One thing I am doing that I wasn't is not working out more than 3 days without a rest day. We're a lot a like - I want to lift EVERY day but know better. I do hear what you're saying, though. Working out less=using less calories= gains! Probably need to either cut back on the workouts or find a way to eat more.0 -

Yeah I'm excited- I'll probably be a snob and start my own bulk thread with updates LOL
I've seen some size gain just switching to maintenance- but that was off a stupid deficit- like below my BMR- so gains were to be expected LOL
I actually had an easier time sticking with ultra deficit- 1700-1800 calories seems like such an odd amount- it's hard for me to stick with- I'm excited about 2000+ LOL.
Yes- chicks bulking- Always good- I'm seriously considering competing in a year or two. we'll see how this cycle into my next cut goes- I wasn't really satisfied with my efforts this summer... too meaty still.0
