Kind of a newb

Hi my name is Caoimhe,

I'm sort of a newb in that I am new to the web community however I have been using myfitnesspal app for about a year...Decided it was time to jump in here and use the great resources available, would like to talk to others out there who have lost/are losing/are maintaining weight loss of any sort! I Started off at 18st 13lbs at 19 years old, now almost four years on (wow thats a little depressing) I have been down to 14st 11lbs in the last year but unfortunately bounced back up to 16st 11lbs but I'm chipping away now...down to 16st 09lbs again and hopefully a pound or two more this week! Interested in talking to people who are following a slow healthy life long maintenance sort of diets/lifestyle! Or anybody who wants to talk to me!:)

    Good morning!! I have signed on and I am looking to add folks as well. I, like many, have been "there" and I want to get back "there". "There" is the me that I liked. I am a Weight Watcher who hit my Lifetime Goal. I maintained for 6 years, then I fell off the wagon. I stopped exercising and eating properly. Now I am paying for it. I have a closet full of clothes that no longer fit and I am so upset with myself. I need to get my head back into the game.
    A friend took a picture of us, on Saturday, and I had one of my old workout tanks on. I look like a potato!!!! What happened to me? 30lbs.....not working out....That's what happened.
    I need some Motivating Folks who are in the same boat and need another to help push them too. HELP!!
