Still fat in your head? How to change psychology?

Hi everyone,
I have been obese/overweight most of my adult life.Recently, I have reached a healthy weight, started socialising, after months of isolation. Yet, I can't turn off the "fat person" brain. I even think that this is why I gain the weight back, because my self-concept is that of a fat person since childhood.
As a baby and small child, I was really overweight, but when puberty hit. I became perfectly healthy. However, my adopted mother, who had been overweight as a kid, kept on telling me II was too fat.
I truly believe I became fat because it was a self-prophecy. I was told I was fat, so I became so. From the experience of being called fat and bullied when I was a child, I never recovered my self-esteem. I ended up with a fat-thinking brain.
Now, I have these moments of panic when I think I am fat. Yesterday, I felt bloated and my jeans felt tight. I immediately went into panic mode. It turns out I didn't gain a pound.
I'm looking for a program specifically geared towards reprogramming one's brain after weight loss. I have hypnotherapy programs to lose weight or to get a better self-image but none addresses this specific issue of completely rebuilding one's self concept.
I truly feel my self-esteem has been shot down all these years and the emotional damage is way more important than the physical damage.
The journey towards health is not only physical but also psychological, and I want to align physical health with emotional health. I don't think talk therapy will help, I think what's needed is a complete subconscious retraining.
Anyone out there with the same issue? Anyone who has become successful at shutting of the "fat brain"?
