Im not a breakfast person at all!! However, with that said, when I started MFP about 3 or 4 weeks ago I started drinking "Eas - Soy Protein" from walmart. I would put it in blender with water every moring as I left for work, then would eat something small in the car or at my desk once I got to work. Im looking for recommendations on a good grab and go premade protein drink. LIke this morning I was running late and just didn't feel like dealing with it so I grabbed one of my daughtersCarnation Breakfast Essentials, only to notice it has 33g of sugar, 41 carbs 230mg of Sodium AFTER I DRANK IT.
any thoughts?
