Just saw Tamara on the today show where whe was the Joy Fit Club person of the day. Tamara lost 141 pounds in 11 months and said she used myfitnesspal to do it! Good Job!!!

    Tamara not only lost 141 pounds, she is one of the nicest, sweetest, positive people I have met on this forum. She is simply wonderful! We are so proud of you, Tamara!

    I just saw the clip of Tamara. She seems like such a sweet person. She should be so proud of herself and she used this site. that gives me hope!
