First day is today! Anyone have any T25 experiences to share? Or tips/advise?

    I'm starting today as well! Will be doing it after I get home from work, and I'm a little scared lol. I haven't previewed the dvd at all so I'll be going in blind. :)

    I completed the program and plan to do GAMMA after I finish my CLX/LMC hybrid. I absolutely loved it. Struggled through ALPHA, it did NOT keep my attention very well, but BETA was incredible!
