    Hi. I can relate to your post. I too had let things get out of control. I can tell you what is working for me today. I signed up for a boot camp in my area which seemed scary however the trainer was wonderful and assured everything would be at my pace. at teh nutruition meeting prior to the start of boot camp they told us about myfitness pro. I started to use it the next day and made a commitment to show up every boot camp no matter what. I did and I started to see changes in my body and my energy level. My depression started to lift and they was a light at the end of the tunnel. I had a new social system that gave me accountable and motivation. I have friended a few people on here and that works too. You can friend me if you like. Good luck and don't beat yourself up. Look for progress not perfection.
