order of exercises ??

So I want to do back squats, pull ups, push ups and lunges. In what order should I do them in?

    However you feel and whatever makes you do them again and again and again.

    Edit: are you doing 5x5 SL or not? If so do the large compound movements first.

    As Mr. Zyntx says, it truly doesn't matter beyond personal preference.

    My preference, given those three, would starting with lunges to get cardio up. Then go to squats, then pull-ups to give the lower body a break, before going to push-ups. Just me. :-)

    ETA: three . . . four. Whatever, never take advice from a guy who can't count past three :sad: :sad: :sad:

    I tend to superset so I'd do squats and pull-ups. Then push-ups and lunges.

    You want to do the exercise which works the most and/or biggest muscle groups first.
