Spare cals!!

OK, I need help because I found myself in a new situation, and unsure what to do. I have a calorie limit of 2630 cals daily (not including exercise cals). Being a greedy pig as I am, I am usually only slightly under (sometimes slightly over). But today I have consumed only 2000 (this includes some food I havent yet ate but plan to eat during this evening). So I have 630 'spare'! What do people do in this situation. I could treat myself to a few chocolate bars or sandwiches at this rate, but I get the feeling I might be better off not doing that. What is good advice for this? You never know, it may happen more often! Thanks xxx

Ask yourself this question: If I am not hungry why do I need to eat the extra calories. Or why do I need to force myself to eat 2630 calories? I have 1757 calorie, some days I go over, some days I am under. After eating if I am satisfied, there is no way I am going to force myself to eat 1757 just to satisfy who.

If you have 630 more calories left in your day, look at your macros (carbs, protein, fat) and see which you still need. Also, how healthy has your 2000 calories been so far today? If you've had 2000 of mostly junk, make those 630 healthy. If you've been very healthy all day, then certainly enjoy some of that 630 as chocolate or whatever dessert you like.

It will do no hard for this to be so for the occasional day. Try ans eat when you are hungry & not be tempted when you are not. If we had always done this we would not have the weight problems we have now......

With a lot to lose, it's really not a big deal if you're way under typically. It's more a problem as you get closer to your goal weight.
