2000cal burn today

I did some HIIT on my treadmill for an hour, then switched to my exercise bike for 30 min of HIIT, still had some energy left so took a 1 1/2 hour walk. HRM cal calc says i burned 2000 calories in those 3 hours. Ive been maintaining for awhile and i think im actually in a deficit this week. Part of me wants to save those extra calories for later in the week, but the other part of me says splurge, you earned it! Anybody else get obsessed with burning calories?
