I either cannot or will not work out at the end of the day. I usually get it done first thing in the morning. When I was working in an office (I work from home now), I used to change into my workout clothes at the office, and head outside for a walk on my lunch hour. Gyms are great, but I am not a gym person anymore. I used to be, but I finally quit my Y membership when I realized I just wanted to be outside! Now it's much easier for me to get "in the mood" to exercise. Try different things until you find something you LIKE doing. I love to walk, jog and go for long bike rides. When the weather doesn't cooperate, I substitute a DVD.0
