Training plan for the week..

I've got a 6 hour relay MTB race in 4 days and a 10k trail run in 19 days.

- I signed up a week ago for the 10k trail run (because another race got cancelled)
- I've only run twice on hills (my 2nd time was trying out the course 2 days ago). I had to walk some parts which were quite steep.

I was thinking maybe 1 ride before the race (on a single track)
1 run before the race (1 steady paced flat 5k)
Friday to rest before Saturday. I could even fit a half an hour hill run in without over doing it?

In my shoes would you be doing the same less or more?
