I noticed today that I went over by 9 on my protein... Is this a bad thing? The carbs and fat are good. I'm still trying to eliminate some sodium and a bit of sugar... I'm a hot cocoa junkie... I'm still trying to figure out this macro thing by the way... I guess I could call my nutritionist in the morning... But usually I wind up having to go see her and all that lovely stuff... Tomorrow is kind of busy enough so maybe you guys can shed some light on this.

You'll be fine, I honestly feel like a lot of people's protein goals on here are usually set a bit too low anyways.

Yeah, unless you've been given medical advice for some special reason not to go over, I wouldn't worry about it. I sometimes have a hard time hitting even the low level MFP sets (15% of calories?), so I'm happy to go over a bit. If it's not causing you to go over your calorie goals and it's not crowding out your other macros to ridiculously low levels, and you're not trying to following some non-MFP-default strict percentage formula for body-building or other purpose, going over your protein goal by 9 grams is not something to stress over.
