Anyone else experiencing insomnia while trying to lose weight?? Super frustrating..

    I have to get up every two hours to pee since I drink so much water!!!!!!!!! It kills me to have to fall asleep five times a night and sometimes I can't. It's a tough balance because I'm working out so much, I really need the water. Need the sleep too. It would be so awesome to sleep through the night, wouldn't it?!

    yeah i have trouble sleeping. getting up to pee all the time is definitely the worst

    perhaps over training?

    I used to have trouble getting to sleep so I understand your frustration though it wasn't related to weight loss. I used melatonin, it is an over the counter natural sleep aid. It helped me tremendously. Also, I make sure not to drink coffee, tea, etc with caffeine in the evenings as it can make it hard for me to get to sleep,
