Recommendations for a HRM

I saw a discussion yesterday about how accurate MFP is with calorie estimations for exercise, and everyone seemed to be recommending using a HRM instead to track calories burned.

So my questions is, what is a good brand/type of HRM I should be using? Please let me know which ones are the most accurate or are the most helpful. Does it have a feature you really like?
