Just starting

Recently had a job change, now i find myself sitting during the day more frequently, and invited to join co-workers for lunch.
In a week, I gained 5 pounds...

More details though... I quit smoking about 4 months ago, and I find myself wanting to snack a little more. I've been conscious of what I snack on, no sweets, not treats, mainly grains and nuts, some granola and yogurt.

Still, I can't get myself back to 178 - ish area where I feel my best. I'm at 185 now, and have been steadily gaining for about 8 weeks...

I'm hoping this helps... I don't want to be a big fat guy. :-)
