Support and laughter is what I need

Due to injuries sustained to my left leg, right shoulder and elbow, I wasn't surprised to find that I had put on some weight while my body healed. I'm now in physio and getting around more and more. It'll be a while before I'm back to my regular exercise routine but I'm staying positive and try to see the humor in everything. So friends what I need is your support to help me stay focused on moving forward instead of focusing on the uncomfortable weight I've gained while healing. Tips, support, laughter.....it's all appreciated. :flowerforyou:
