Friends to keep me honest!

Hey everyone, I am looking for a few more friends to add. I love the little community I have formed and I'm looking for some more support- to give and receive. I have been doing great with my healthy eating and love to see how others are doing, sharing recipes is a must :) Exercise is my Achilles heal, finding time with two kids and a full time class schedule has proven fairly difficult. Anyone who is motivated to exercise, feel free to add me and set a good example! Having this support has made all the difference to me, and I want to keep on track.

    Hi!
    I have the opposite problem as you. I am super motivated to work out and I have to constantly watch myself and what I am eating. I have made a point to carve time for workouts at the gym 2 days a week. I find it easiest to just say I am going to go at the same time on the same days every week then to say ok I have time here or I have time there. I keep it as I would any appointment or class time. Another tip my brother gave me was to work out in ways that aren't traditional. For example- when I take the trash out, i walk up and down the drive way at a brisk pace 10 times instead of just once with the trash cans.
