Hi! I've been using MFP on and off for a year with a serious lack of motivation, but I am determined this time to get healthy. I want to lose between 80-100 lbs. I am starting off my adding 30 min of exercise 3-4 times a week and then increase it. I am a die hard baker and sweets person; I have limited my baking and that has helped. I am looking for support! My husband is very supportive, but my track record of sticking to it is dodgy :) Hoping to lose 20 lbs by christmas. Looking forward to feeling better!

    You can do it! There are only 10 weeks until Christmas, so if you start now, you can lose 2 pounds per week. If you have 80-100 lbs to lose, then that is very doable. Commit to it. Log everything. It will happen!
