Hi everyone! This is difficult to get back to exercising after so much time away from it. I just can't believe that you can lose a lot of weight without exercise The last time I lost weight I was walking 5 miles a day. Now, I can hardly walk a quarter of a mile and my doctor says to stop when the pain sets in and so I do stop and the weight stays right where it is. I am committed to learning what to eat, when to eat and walking as much as I can for the next four months. Does anyone have any idea if that is reasonable?
