Newbie

Hi! I'm Willow. I'm not a newbie to heath/fitness goalsetting but I'm new to this site. I was using another site that I don't like as much as this one, so here I am!

I have about 75ish pounds to lose. Its hard to tell what my goal weight is because the last time I was slender and healthy I was 17 and I'm 46 now. But I'm going to go mostly by how I feel and how healthy I am. I am transitioning to a vegetarian diet, then will be transitioning to vegan. I've been both before and loved how it made me feel.
