TDEE Activity Level

Hi
I'm sure MFP is overestimating how many calories my exercising burns (I currently set it at 'sedentary' and then log all exercise), so I'm looking to calculate my TDEE instead; however, from the websites I've checked I'm finding it hard to determine what my exercise level is. When it says exercise X number of hours or days per week, does this include walking?
What do you think I should set my level at if I'm doing the following:
desk job
walk 1-2 hours per day, every day
45mins-1hr fitness classes (aerobics/circuits) 3 times per week
....maybe light activity?

I set mine to sedentary, and have a heart rate monitor to find out how many calories I burn in exercise, I eat them back to meet my necessary calorie NET intake.
I used this to verify my calorie requirements: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
I would say YES, walking is an exercise, it is beyond sedentary. I would try and power walk to raise your heart rate.0 -
Maybe this one will help you determine a baseline: http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html0

I would choose 3 days per week. Start with that and in a month re-evaluate and see if you feel like you need to adjust to a different setting.0

I'd put you right between lightly active and moderately active... closer to moderate if your classes are pretty intense.0
