Slightly modified, of course. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to eat a breakfast, a lunch, a dinner, maybe even some snacks thrown in there. Remain at or below your calorie goal. Do something active during the day. Do this every day.

Now the good part. Enjoy a beer. A different one every day. Try it for a week, I dare you.

Think you can keep up? This isn't for the weak willed. You MUST be strong. You MUST want it.
