HI

Well thought I would introduce myself here, im Jerry im 22 and just out of college. Im 5'10 currently weighing 179 pounds ( lost 2 pounds after my first week here), overall aim is 165 by christmas, hope its doable. MFP has my total calorie intake with exercise at 1450 a week to lose 2 pounds. i ususally hit 1200 4 days of the week and maybe 1600, 3 days of the week. I could do losing a pound or two off the face and my stomach id say could do with a stone gone, only part of me im really unhappy with, feel free to add me so we can all motivate each other!
