iPhone or Samsung?

It is time to upgrade my phone and I cannot decide on what to get. I currently have an iPhone 4S and I had an issue with it in the first 6 months since then I have not had an issues with it. I have purchased apps and music etc with iTunes so I'm concerned that I will lose the music and apps if I move over to Samsung. So what do you think. iPhone 5s or 5c or Samsung galaxy note 3 or galaxy s4?
Hit me with your thoughts please.

    I currently have the note 2 and I still really love it. The s pen and note are great. Even with my horrible handwriting it still understands what im writing. I love the huge screen it has. With the size of the phone I can still fit it in my pants pockets if needed if not it goes in my purse. The one down side I can think of is there were not many phone cases for it that were really girly without ordering online and then they just looked like someone bedazzled it at home. I like how I have a lot of home screens for all the apps I have. The phone is very easy to use and has so many other cool options. So the new Note 3 should be better.
