I lift 3-4 days per week. If I have time, I'll throw in about 10-15 minutes of cardio on a machine in after my workouts. If the weather is nice, I may go for a run on one of my non-lifting days. That's about it for me. I like sport cardio and I would love to join a hockey team right about now, but sadly there is no budget for it this year.

Oh and I'm not too sure how much weight I've lost from all of this. I just got back to my gym routine a month ago. I took a month off because I moved to a new city and didn't get a gym membership right away. I do know that between Labour day weekend and October 12th, I went from 149 to 144lbs but that likely has little to do with my lifting routine as I had only been back into my routine for 3 weeks by that time. I've definitely been eating less since moving though, and since losing weight is all about a calorie deficit, I'm blaming that.

I lift 3-4 days a week. I also run 3 days a week. I have a desk job, and go to school part time, so I sit...a lot. The running allows me to eat a little more. I've lost 50 pounds in about a year and a half.

I lift 4 days/week and run anywhere from 1-3 times per week.....the goal is at least 2 times per week though.

I lift 3-4 times a week and add in one or two cardio classes (Zumba, step, or Body Combat) or HIIT. I genuinely enjoy aerobics classes, but it's hard to make them work with my schedule. I've lost 20-ish pounds net, but I'm easily down 3-4 sizes, depending on the item of clothing.

I lift 4X a week and do cardio 5 days (at least) a week. I have lost 9 lbs slowly, but have lost MANY inches and am getting nice and firm.

Cardio I walk, do that wonderful treadmill stair thing at the gym. kickboxing or dancing.
