Finally kept to my Weight Loss New Years Resolution

Every Year I made a resolution and after a few months I was back to square one but when I was introduced to a food tracker app while taking my Human Path class in college it interest me plus it was for a grade we had to research common diseases along with which foods aren't good to eat so mine of course is high blood pressure and after doing the research it really opened my eyes and since this govt app wasn't available on cellphones yet I stumbled upon myfitnesspal I'm so happy that I did because with this app it has helped me continue to reach my weight loss goals and since May 2013 I have lost over 40 lbs and now that I have join the YMCA I'm sure I will See A huge decrease so I say to anyone who is trying to lose weight it may take you a few times before you finally realize I need to do something to change my life after a 20 year struggle I did anyone can do it.
