Day 3, need people to do this with me

Hello, this is day 3 for me. I'm finding it quiet hard especially the hunger pangs but went over slightly on calories yesterday but not beating myself up about it. I've been on diets before and managed to keep at the same weight for 6 years but over the last 2 years I've put on nearly 2 stone.

This time is about eating healthier foods, losing this excess weight and loving my self more :)

Anyone who wants to add me please do and we can do this together, ya ♡
