Just starting.....HELP Please!

Hi everyone! I just heard about this website on TV and I said to myself to why not look it up and see if it really helps me. I'm 32 y/o, 5 ft. and I know that I'm overweight but I just don't know where to begin with my weight loss. I really want to lose all the weight. But I always just start something like I enrolled in a gym but I always lose the motivation to pursue it. I need to lose weight because I want to have a baby and I want to live like when I was 65lbs. lighter. I always have aches here and there and I want it all gone. So if anyone is out there,who knows what to do....please, I'm begging you to help me.

Hi! I'm just starting too, saw the lady on the Today show this morning and it just motivated me. I have about 80 (yikes!) pounds to lose...I've been here before, lost 50 last year on WW and gained it all back. Hurt my knee early this year and it gave me the excuse to sit on my fat butt and gain weight. I'm not joing any gym, in fact my husband and I went for a 15 minute walk tonight and it was all I could manage. But I ate healthy today, logged my foods and am very motivated. Hang in there, you can do it!0

I have only been on this site for about a month and I have found it to be very helpful. I think it really helps having to input everything you eat it makes you think twice before you decide to eat something. I would also encourage to check any classes at your gym, I have found a few at 24 hour fitness that I really like and it sure helps with burning calories and toning up. I am also 5 ft. tall and I understand how even a small amount of extra weight really shows on us shorter women. One thing you do have going for you is your age, it is easier to lose before you hit 40, still isn't easy just a bit easier. Welcome and I would be more then happy to help you in any way that I can. I just really encourage you to check in everyday and fill out your food as best that you can. Good Luck
