Ginger Chews

Dr. Oz talked about using ginger chews or fennel seeds to help reduce bloating. has anyone tried this? Do you know if there's a sugar free version?

    I know it's of no help to you... but I just have to get this in....

    Dr Oz, promotes something 'new' every day. Every single day of his show, a new miracle. I'd do some research on anything, before taking Dr Oz's word on it.

    Agreed!!!! that's actually why I'm asking. I do tend to get bloated at the end of the day. I found the ginger interesting, and I like ginger. Being diabetic, I'm trying to go low sugar/carb.

    I've never heard of ginger chews, but I do know that ginger helps the stomach. I would drink ginger tea. Also, have you tried charcoal pills?

    I would also look into what's causing the bloating. Have you tried an elimination diet? The first culprits that come to mind are lactose and gluten.

    I think it's from eating so many vegetables. My protein is usually chicken or turkey. All gassy items. I've noticed if I change my diet, it's not as bad. But, I love vegetables, and I don't care for beef.
