Healthy and Filling Smoothie Recipes

Hey there! I'm looking for some tasty healthy and filling smoothie recipes.
Smoothies are all I drink in the morning, but lately I've noticed all this natural sugar from fruits is way too high for my morning.
I'd like to find a few different smoothies that are a little lower in sugar but still very tasty, and that will fill me up until lunch. (I drink them at 7am and eat lunch at 11:20am with my students).
