I'm having trouble deciding what activity level I should use. I'm hoping to find an answer here. I weight train (dumbbells) 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes per session, do pilates 3 times a week for 20 minutes and I walk 5 miles a day (14 minute mile) 6 days a week. I also take care of a grandmother so I'm up and down all day, as well as general housework. I keep going back and forth between lightly active and active. Any help would be appreciated!

For Activity level - generally the theory is to leave exercise out of the equation, and base it on what you do during a normal day (that means weight training, Pilates and walking do not count) I prefer being conservative so I would say light activity.0
