I have this with a bag of veggies for my lunch and the serving is large so you probably wouldn't use all of it. I'm generous with it on my veggies and i always have a bit left over. You can always use the left overs on rice cakes as a snack :-) The caloires will be slightly different depending on what brands you use.

0.5 can tuna canned in water
1tbsp light mayonnaise
2tbsp fat free plain yogurt (or to desired consistency)
100g cottage cheese
seasoning (i use flavoured salt, pepper and paprika)

Place all ingredients together and blend. Add as much or little yogurt as you want to get the desired consistency.

Servings: 1 (about 1 cup)

Cals: 229
Fat: 8g
Carbs: 6g
Protein:32g
