    The scoop on top...left side comes to what looks like the head and if you go up and to the right that would be the shaft and a ball sac (side view of a penis and testicles).

    I think the upper bit (the extra laying on top) looks a bit like a flaccid penis and balls.

    If I'm having a cone, it better be dipped in chocolate and covered in sprinkles....cookies & cream is good too (or pralines & cream)....cream is the answer to everything.
