    Eh, already read it.

My personal view: You eat what you want to eat and I'll eat what I want to eat :flowerforyou:

I go one further I wont talk about my diet and you don't talk about yours. And if you have a special diet then you bring your own snacks.

In this day and age, isn't ANY kind of attempt at eating healthy pretty much a 'special diet' when the Standard American Diet seems to include mainly fried and heavily processed foods full of unhealthy additives?

As to the main topic of this thread, all I can say is that that is one person's opinion. Alan Aragon is hardly god, and you'll find people with just as good credentials as he has that say a primal/paleo lifestyle is definitely healthier for you.

I'm with PrimalRunner and others; if our choices regarding our health and lifestyle aren't affecting you, why continue to bash them for absolutely no reason? What we're doing isn't unhealthy, and if you're not willing to try it yourself, how can you really have an opinion on the lifestyle? My opinion? If you wanna be able to talk about paleo/primal, try it for 21 days - you don't like it, then stop and at least then you'll have the information necessary to really discuss it intelligently instead of relying on someone else's opinion. Don't forget - even nutrition scientists are basing their knowledge on government backed school curriculums, heavily edited scientific studies, and an ingrained belief about what is and isn't healthy. Do your own research and try things out yourself to find what works, and don't bash other people for their efforts.
