Need opinions on "ticker" settings

Hi again

As some of you know, I am new to MFP.....I have recently made the switch from WW. It was a seamless switch, no down time of not tracking or working out, just switched one week from WW to MFP....my question is this: I've lost 50lbs so far (since Jan 2013) doing WW, do I count that on my ticker so it shows my overall weightloss or should I just start fresh and track only my progress from MFP? I can't decide. Any opinions appreciated! :happy:

    I think I would count the 50lbs on my ticker because it would make me feel good everytime I saw it! :)

    Plus you had no down time in between!

    Count that 50! That was your achievement and is worth being on your ticker.
  • yeah, I'm with you guys.....seeing that IS pretty awesome!

    One more quick question.....I make small goals, when I reach them I make a new one (10-20 lbs at a time).....can the ticker only show each small goal, or can I set it to my ultimate too and track both?
