Can anyone share some at home leg exercises for the thighs?

Lunges and squats.0
-
burpees
squat jumps
bridge lifts
'the clam' (outside glute)
all fab for the booty/legs.
but remember- you can't spot reduce fat!0 -
lunges, wall sits, running up and down stairs, squats , knee ups0
