hello everybody
i wanna to lose some fat but only fat not muscles
my weight --> 52 kg
my height --> 165cm
which diet do you think is the best
low glycemic diet
ketogenic diet
anti inflammatory diet
zone diet
low carb high fat diet
paleolithic diet
also do you think there is a difference between ketogenic diet and low carb high intense diet? i know they are somehow the same but ketogenic diet has less carbs but what do you think?

Eat what you like, stay within your calories and make sure you hit your macros (Protein, Fat, Carbs)
Lift heavy to preserve your muscle mass while losing fat.
Don't complicate things by trying to follow a set ''diet'' unless you have a medical condition and need to avoid certain foods there is no need to restrict yourself0 -

But one of those "diets" is not going to be better than another unless they really, truly, help you meet your goals in a sustainable way and are something that you can continue forever.0 -

Don't do a diet. Do a "change your lifestyle". Diets can be hard on you body. Always keep in mind that you want to balance your carbohydrates, fats, and protein. 60% of your daily intake should be carbohydrates. Low carb diets are never a good idea because you brain needs glucose to function. When glucose production is low, the body starts to synthesize ketones, which you brain can use but it can't only depend on ketones. Also this could lead to a build up of ketones in the blood, which can alter your blood's pH and severely hurt, if not kill, you.
Percentages to keep in mind:
60% carb (from sources like fruits and vegetables, not honey-buns or other foods that are calorie dense and not nutrient dense)
,25% fat (stick to unsaturated for the most part. Omega-3s are the best but you want to balance it out with out unsaturated fats. Run from every trans fat)
15% protein.
Like other posters have said, eat what you like, eat smart, eat health, stay within range of your EER, and move that booty!

I've lost 20 lbs by eating keto. HOWEVER, it's a pretty strict way to eat and involves A LOT of research. I eat something sweet everyday in the form of home-made fat bombs, which are basically high fat/low carb candies made of mostly butter.
This is not a diet. I plan on eating keto from now on. I will more than likely up my carbs a bit once I reach my goals and then maintain.0 -

Any of these are fine if they will keep you satisfied and you plan to follow them long term. But don't eat that way just to lose weight, then go back to whatever you are doing now, unless you want to end up right where you are now.
Eating more protein can help preserve muscle as you lose and help keep you full longer. Eating more fat makes food taste good. Eating more fiber can improve your gut and heart health and help keep you full longer, so look for carbs that contain a good amount of fiber.
Eat foods you enjoy. Eat treats now and then, but not too often if they are not nutritious or high calorie.
Find a diet that you can be happy eating for the rest of your life, without overeating.0 -
