last year i had the ultimate body but i gained some fat on my thighs and i thought i should lose it and i started starving myself (i didnt know it was the worst thing) but i never accomplished too go more than 3 days because i ended up binging an etc. after some months i realised what i was doing and i wanted to lose the weight / fat i had got from this and started a diet low in fat and carbs and proteins so it was semi starving. i now have gained a lot of weight and i wanna get rid of it. also i have a high metabolism. after some days i decided to stop this diet (low carb, protein, fat) which i couldn't keep more than 4 days without cheating and messing up . now i've been about a week trying to find something that fits me. i dont want a lifestyle change. i want to be able to eat everyday chocolate and sweets (my love). so i was thinking about ketosis or low carb high fat
what do u think?

i just want to diet for some months, 1 or 2
because the fat and weight i gained wasnt because i was eating to much ... but i was because i stopped eating and messing up with my eating routines0 -
You can't have chocolate and sweets every day and stay in ketosis. Good news is, you don't need to be in ketosis to lose weight. Just put in your stats on here, log all your food, and stay at or slightly under your calorie limit, and you will lose weight. I eat ice cream almost every day and I've lost almost 60 pounds. It's all about calories in vs calories out.0

In a low carb diet, you can't eat sweets every day because sweets = carbs. After the initial induction phase, I believe you can have a cheat once a week.
I recommend eating at a reasonable calorie deficit (don't starve yourself) and just make room in your daily calorie budget for chocolate0 -
you gained weight because you were eating too much.. you don't gain weight from not eating.. your binges were causing your weight gain.. don't do crazy low cal diets, then you won't binge, and you won't gain weight.0

I think you ARE very confused. Look up IIFYM on the search tab. It has to be a lifestyle change in order to be successful, but that doesn't mean you have to give up chocolate and sweets.0 -
Eat whatever you want as long as it fits into the correct amount of calories for you to lose weight.0
