Leave it to good old KHOU to make such a sotry news worthy. haha.
In my opinion, they aren't physically addicitng. Food isn't physically addicting. you don't go into withdrawls without your oreo fix. But you can have a psychological addiciton. That's very possible.0 -
LOL, it's a slow news day, I guess. No new caught in action security cam photos to post and we don't need a bulletin to know there's a cold front blowing in.0

Hahahahahaha no. Nice try, but trust me, no.
ETA: As someone with a degree in Psychology, I take issue with this study, as consistent "typical" behavior is notoriously difficult to observe and compare. They didn't compare the physiological response in the brain, just the way people acted. Fail.0 -

Oh my goodness! It feels so good!!! I am way enjoying it. Hopefully it lasts longer than that last little cold tease we had.0 -
I'm sorry, but it's complete crap. The people in this study have obviously never done drugs or had family members that have. Food doesn't even come close to cocaine or morphine.0

Don't we already have an 8000-post thread on this exact same article?
The only thing this article demonstrates is that rats make better choices than human heroin addicts.0 -
