At-home routine?

So I know that what I'm asking for is child's play compared to the intense challenges you all do, and I'm also sure that this topic has been created before but I can't find it.

I'm looking for an at-home routine I can do every morning to start toning up. I've lose 25 lbs and would like to lose another 20 but am more focused now on getting strong. I'm always so amazed when you see success pictures on here of people who look 15 lbs lighter because they're so tight and toned but actually gained a couple pounds of muscle.

I need to get into this. I get cardio exercise from walking and biking and I know I should start lifting (although this intimidates the crap out of me) but I would also love a nice routine for at-home. Something between 20-40 minutes.

If any of you have a regular one you do with minimal equipment that you find challenging and effective, perhaps you'd be so kind as to share?

Thanks :)

Look at www.JeFit.com. Click Routines at the top of the page and type bodyweight into the search engine. You will get a whole list. You can find me there under the same username if you are interested. I have always done all my fitness stuff at home.

Try Chalean Extreme, it gave me really good results and got me into lifting.

    Good luck!

Hi, I love my pilates. If you check out Blogilates.com and the monthly calendar you just need to follow the pre-set video playlist and it will tone every area of your body. I never get bored and I get a really good workout every time ;) Good luck!!

This isn't strength training, it's just cardio. Skip it.
