New mum - new member

Hi everyone!

My baby boy is now 7 weeks old and I've had the all clear from my doc re. my c section therefore I am now ready and raring to go on my post natal weight loss and fitness! I wasn't the healthiest before therefore I'm really determined to do it this time, with my first target being his christening in 6 weeks!

I'm not really a forum user but since I'm full of motivation at the moment, I thought I would try something new and try and get tips and encouragement from people on here since there isn't much adult conversation when my husband is at work! :-)
