Sugar

So I reviewed my stats and found that with all of the fruit I eat, I over shoot my sugar allowance everyday. It this a problem since it is from fruit?

    No. Sugar (from fruit or otherwise) is fine unless you have some medical condition. If you track carbs, tracking sugar is redundant.
